This project consisted of 12 condominiums being built in close proximity to New York City and the Lincoln Tunnel. All 12 nits were successfully sold at record high prices in Union City.

6200 Hudson was a simultaneous two phase development. The existing U structure was a former silk factory that was converted into 56 loft style apartments. The second phase consist of new construction with concrete and metal framing. Two additional floors of wood framing will be added to the structure which will provide 14 units of living with lobby, gym and other amenities.

1,514 square meter retail center is under construction with an anticipated completion date of November 2016. Schmitt Capital was able to negotiate a 30 year lease prior to construction with Netto market.
Spearheaded the entitlement and design of 337 Bergen Blvd. The property is currently approved for 95 units and 230,000 buildable square footage. Schmitt Capital conducted traffic studies, executed building design, and coordinated successful city approval.
