William Schmitt leads Schmitt Capital as Founder and CEO, drawing on an established track record in Hoboken real estate development and hospitality. Under his leadership, the firm has built a fully vertically integrated platform — sourcing and underwriting assets, executing value-add development and renovation, and managing properties through their full lifecycle.

That integration is the firm's core advantage. Because Schmitt Capital owns every step rather than outsourcing it, the same standard of care runs from the first underwriting model to day-to-day operations — giving our clients, including investors based in Japan, a single accountable partner for their US real estate.
